Shan Shan Lim (b. 1993, Kuala Lumpur)

Shan Shan Lim's work draws inspiration from a spectrum of cultures: from her childhood in Malaysia, schooling in India and her art degree in London. She specialised in weave and print at Central Saint Martins, earning a degree in Textile Design. She is truly a multidisciplinary artist, working with textile, paint and print-making, but if you could find one work to sum up her art practice, it is "harmony". Whether a large scale textile piece for a hotel lobby, or a small painting for one of our clients, Shan Shan's work always has an intangible quality: it just makes you happy. 

These works are all fine art prints created from original paintings, which were made by Shan Shan and her husband, Kush Linfield. Each piece was first drawn by Kush and then given colour by Shan Shan. They decided to keep the original paintings for themselves but the prints were so glorious we had to offer them to our clients.
